Hi...I'm New {Calypso}

Form the moment his eyes opened, he was in a
hyper mood. The dream he was older. Big and
strong, and had a fight with another wolf. What
made his dream the best ever. He won.

Getting up with a jump in his step, Tux started to
make his way towards what ever wolf that was
close by. Which didn't take long.

He found a female wolf asleep still not far from
where he was asleep for the night. And to put
a bit of excitment into his day, he layed down
opposite her nose to nose. He layed there,
and will stay there untill she would wake up.

Calypso had been resting in the den. She had been dreaming about pups, and Thanatos's pack growing. Suddenly she was awoken by a scent, right infront of her it seemed. One eye opened slightly so it looked like she was still sleeping. There was a wide eyed, bouncing pup there. She opened her eyes fully and shook her head. Was it a dream? She opened her eyes again and stood up. It wad real...

She looked down at the pup. "Hey little guy, what's your name?" He was cute, and no adult, so there was no reason to alert Thanatos yet. He did not smell like Lightning Pack, nor Snow Pack. It was strange, not really anything did he smell like. Though she knew he was not just born, a little older, about a year or so? She dipped her head to his eye level, and waited patiently for the answer.

Tux watched as the she wolf woke up and
couldn't help but have a giggle at her reaction.
All that did to his body was make it make it
wiggle on the ground, as well as make his
tail go into full wag mode.

"Hey little guy, what's your name?"

When the she wolf spoke up, Tux couldn't
help but show of his smile, also showing of
his small white teeth. Still looking up at the
wolf he spoke up to answer her question.

"I'm Tux!"

As he spoke up he could feel that is was still
hyper from his sleep, and pushed to his feet.
As he got up he could feel the jump in every
step still and started to walk round the she
wolf smelling her, taking in her sent.

"What's your's?"

Calypso smiled as he got up. He moved around her and she growled lightly, low in her chest but didn't move. Tux... "Calypso. I am the Alphess, don't forget it." Calypso lightly threw her head back and emitted a wonderful howl again for Thanatos. She knelt to the little guy. "Now the Alpha is coming. You gotta be nice ok? Were you planning on staying?" Her tail lifted as her moved around her and she jumped him so he couldn't.

As Tux walked round her, he kept taking
in deep breaths of her scent, so if he did
what he did when he was so small, which
was try to follow his parents out,he could
follow her with little trouble. All he had to
do was follow his nose.

But as he smelled her, he listened to her.
"Calypso. Nice"
As he walked round her with a jump still
in his step, he was back where he had
started, back facing her.

All of a sudden she howled, and it was
loud. Never before had he been so close
to a wolf that had jusy howled. But they
way she spoke as she told him her 'Alpha'
was coming, but the way she said it was
as if he should be scared.

He wasn't even bothered. He was just a
bouncing ball of fluff.

Thanatos was off in his lands once more. This time he was hunting. He had three rabits when Calypso's howl split the morning air. It was hollow, centered, but still beautiful. The queen must be in a den. His den. The king smiled to himself. She was so beautiful, so perfect. He took a deep breath, picked up lunch and slowly made his way back to camp. A new scent caught his attention. It was a wolf, definitely, but it didn't have the twang of Lighting Pack nor the stench of Snow Pack. The howl had not been a danger or a warning, so he still wasn't worried.

He dropped the kills in the middle of camp and made his way up the hillside to his den. The sight in front of him made him smile. It had been years since a pup had wandered into camp and made a home. Thanatos had the softest place for pups. He sighed and laid down, "Well, hello there, little one. How are you today?" There was no doubt in his mind that the pup could stay. Even if he was a full year old. He was still young enough to be innocent.

Tux watied as still as he could. but it
wasn't long till the wolf Calypso had
called for was with them. When Tux
eyes landed on his bod, they got bigger.
He was huge compaired to Tux body,
but it didn't seem to bother one bit.

"Well, hello there, little one. How are you today?"

As soon as the words left the bigger
wolfs mouth that was it, Tux was
running as fast as he could towards
the new wolf. His body was buzzing.
A new toy had just shown up and
wasn't in a bad mood, just yet.

At the last second, Tux jmped high
into the air, and hopin he would land
onto the wolfs back.

Calypso laughed and got up. Still he was small, but she grabbed his scruff and hoisted him off. "Oh Tux." She smiled and nuzzled him lightly. She laid down again, eyeing the rabbit she leaned over the pup and licked Thanatos' muzzle. she smiled to the pup again. "Tux, would you like to introduce yourself, the right way?" She said motherly.

When Tux was put onto the ground
he let out a humpf. He didn't even
know Calypso more than 10 minuets,
and she was trying to be a mother to
him. He did not trust her one but.

His last parents didn't even care, why
are any others different from them.
Turning his head towards Calypso with a
mad look on his face.

"Don't treat me like i'm your cub, my real
mum didn't want me, so why should you?
I've been fine on my own, i just
wanted to play, i've been on my own
that im bored of it. It's no fun"

Tux could feel that he may have pushed
the wrong buttons, but he said what he
thought. Always.

Thanatos laid on his side as the pup tackled him. He huffed and smiled. "A'right lil' one." The great king shook his fur as Calypso hoisted the pup off. Thanatos looked at her, "Aww...let him play, m'love." Inwardly, he kicked himself in the gut. Me and my soft spot for pups... he frowned. It was true, he couldn't tell a pup no. His puphood had sucked, and he was a loving father, so what could he say? He sighed and pouted.

Then the pup spoke again. Thanatos gave him a very stern look, and slapped his tail on the ground, demanding silence from his mate. "Tux. You will not speak to the alphess in that tone again," the tone of voice was low and serious. Golden orbs glared like daggers into the pup's. "I will not tolerate anything of the such. You are allowed to play, and you do not have to be on your own any more. We will take you in, and keep you safe. I do want you. I don't even know you, and I want you. There is always a place in this pack for pups. Always."

He looked the pup over and stood up. It was time the boy had something substantial in his stomach. The huge alpha turned and walked the short distance to lunch and picked up one of the rabits. Gently, he laid it in front of the pup. "If you're hungry it's your's," he nodded decisively. If the pup trusted him, then the pup trusted him. If he didn't, Thanatos would have to earn it. Hopefully, the pup would be reasonable. Afterall, Tux was at least a yearling.

Calypso shook her pelt. She sighed and frowned at the young one. She laid down, her nose infront of his. Her voive was motherly, and it was coming out. It wasn;t the first time, she had had litters. She smiled to the pup after his words. "Tux. I know you mean no such words. Thanatos and I care for you, and when I was young all I wanted to do was play too, but right now your getting into a pack, and its a serious moment, ok Tux?" She stood up providing him a time to eat, but she troted forward and nuzzled Thanatos. "Your a softie." She whispered and pawed his face.

Tux watched the two wolfs infront of him.
They where parents that he could see,
and he felt that he should trust them, but
he also felt that they should earn it. He was
left before and didn't like it, so he will see
what they will do first.

Slowly pushing of his back legs, he
made his way towards the dead rabbit.
He wasn't that hungry to tell the truth,
all he would proberly have would a bite
out of the thing.

Growing up on his own made Tux learn
to eat what he can, but not to much, making
his tummysmaller, not need alot of food.

"Thank you for the food"

Closing his eyes, and giving the male wolf
a nod of his head Tux made his way to the
dead rabbit. But just 3 mouth fulls of the thing,
he was full.

"I'm done..."

Thanatos couldn't help himself. A new pup and his beauty was getting all motherly. There was no doubt he'd made a good choice when he offered fr her to be his and only his. Calypso meant the world to him. The idea, in itself, scared the living shit out of him. Tux began to eat just as Calypso touched the king. He lowered his head and looked up at her and her paw came down on his forhead. He looked so pitiful as he pouted. "You don't know the half of it..." smiling he shook his head and licked her face. A glance at Tux and he nodded. "you don't have to eat any more than you want. There's always plenty of food."

Calypso giggled and nodded. She breathed deeply, her belly was enlarged with pups, and she was in high spirits. She nuzzled him and smiled. She grinned. "Well. I will in time. And you don't know the half of me. Maybe if a wrtech comes, you'll see." She smiled innocently. Her tail was wagging, her orbs on Thanatos as she licked his shoulder, in affection. I love him, I'm going to tell him soon..

She turned to face Tux and nodded. "Are you tired?" Her tail was wagging, she was expecting pups soon. Suddenly a pup kicked and she lost her breath. She fell to the ground, eyes closed and moaned. It stopped as soon as it had come and she lay there though, tired.

Tux listened to what the other wolfs
where saying, but something wasn't
right with him. He had always thought
that parents where all un-caring, but
these to where being kind to him making
sure he was ok, that he was not hungry.
He could see him self staying here, and
that put a smile on his face.

But it was soon ripped away when Calypso
hit the ground with force. Tux didn't know
what to do, so he sat there looking at her
with wide eyes. It wasn't long till he was
letting out whimpering sounds at not
knowing what to do.

Standing him self up, slowly he walked over
to Calypso. Then when he was nose to nose
with her he layed infront of her, still letting
out small sounds for worry now. Not once
taking his eyes off her.
