PACK POSTA New Generation

ooc{{ skip me on this round. I'm going to say that Thanatos fell asleep with the pups chewing on him and will wake up...later. I'm really tired right now (just got home from a football game), and I have a TON of homework this weekend. So...y'all go ahead. I'll catch up.

ooc;; theres really no point in me posting linds, waiting for a reply from Calypso.. why not keep it the same order we had origanlly posted, Calypso, Thantos, Shade, Stunt, Az, etc.?

Calypso gave a friendly bark to the pack, the female's would be watching her pups, she trusted Az right now, and Az was patient. She hated favouring o wolf but invited Az with a ark to view them. The brought the pups to the front of the cave/den for the pack to see, if they wanted to. She shook her pelt, happy to fell the sun deep into her pelt which now smelt completely of Thanatos and this land. Every skin cell, and hair thread. She smiled and the pups bounced through her legs.

Thanatos had never been more proud as he watched his entire pack meet the pups. Now that they were old enough to come outside, it was time they were accepted as complete members of Wind Pack. The only way to do that was to allow them to join the howl. He glanced up and decided to wait till the sun went down. If he was right, there was a full moon tonight. It was the first full moon since the pack started growing.

The king glanced around. Stunt was definitely going to be promoted to Beta. Shade would become a Scout. Calypso would probably deem Az the denmother. Thanatos frowned. There was a pup that needed recognition too, but he didn't know which one. At the moment his thoughts were elsewhere. He smiled down at the bundles of joy. Moonhigh just wouldn't get here fast enough.

Eyes flickered from Az, to the pups, then to Calypso. He sighed, smile still on his face. Though he might be allowed further he stayed where he was, just watching them, amused. He use to watch the pups in his old pack, but then someone would chase him away because they didn't trust him. The brute rolled his eyes. He shifted his weight and looked at the sky, it was getting darker fast. The sun was slowly getting lower in the sky and soon the outline of a full moon would come out.

Then, he would be accepted, or denied, into the pack. He looked at Thantos and waited for a moment. His ears were forward, hearing the sound of pups as he looked away.

Shade still watched the pups when she saw two more wolves walk in.She wonderd who they were.She saw one was a male and the other one was a female.

Taz came in the den and she was running.She saw the other pack members and she saw the pups.She smiled and walk over to Shade.She sat next to the black female wolf and then she looked at the pups.She let out a playfull bark and her tail waged against the den's floor.

Azmerina--Compassion Lies Without Reason

The female's strange pelt was mingled along the rest of her packmates as she watched with bright golden orbs. The small forms infront of her were some distance from her but they felt within reach somehow. When Calypso honored her by allowing her a closer position to the tiny bodies Azmerina almost dropped into a low bow in thankfulness. From Azmerina's mind set she had learned that her alphess was especially kind, and in truth Az thought of her as a sort of friend. Which meant a lot since Azmerina growing up after her mother's death had been hard and left her empty and unwanting of affection. For those long years of existance she had spent her time working herself to the bone. Doing all she could to make her mother proud as she would want of her one daughter.

The female's white yet toffee colored pelt seemed to ease one paw then the next forward. Her head dropped downward in a submissive action toward her queen. She was asking for permission to guard them. Az was normally one of the lead scout wolves but somehow she felt she was the one who -had- to guard her alphas pups. The red tint of her fur seemed to appear a little brighter as she looked over to the wolf she had meant earlier. The female offered a light smile in the direction of Stunt, she had a good feeling that he would get his wish. Her nose arched forward to lightly poke Calypso's shoulder in a sign of affection.

Thanatos decided to slip away from the throng of happy yips and licks. Gently, he touched his tail to Stunt's back as he passed. Completely confident it would get the other male's attention, he never looked back. The touch was meant to tell the wolf to follow. Just in case though, he uttered a simple word. "Come." Honestly, the king didn't mean to come across as so rough and demanding, and he definitely didn't try to be as unforgiving as he was; he just was. As he spoke, Thanatos saw Az aproach the pups. He nodded in satisfaction. If there was anyone he trusted wholeheartedly it was that fae.

His thoughts came back to why he tapped Stunt. Come on, Thanatos. Focus. You've done this before. The great brute inwardly rolled his eyes and lead Stunt up the side of the hill. They would be out of earshot of the rest of the pack -- provided the wolf followed his king -- in only a few moments. Thanatos had something important to discuss with the male.

Calypso smiled, nodding and prodding the fae forward. She trusted Az, and if Thanatos did, she did. Smiling she stepped out of the den as the fae came closer and looked closer at her bundles of joy. Soon Thanatos would want to breed her again, and she wouldn't mind. Shaking her pelt, Az touched her and the fae nuzzled her muzzle lightly with her nose. The corner of her eye saw her mate trying to lead Stunt away, and she would learn later, though she thought she knew.

Ignoring them, for privacy sakes she watched her pups as they came out of the den. Onyx, leading, then Arabella, then Stnx, but Caleb stayed put in the shadows. Caypso barked, dismissing the pack, but not Az. Az could stay or leave, it was her choice. Wagging her tail she lightly jogged to the top of the hill and her pups followed. Caleb came out after watching them play and joined.

Calypso rolled over and her pups scrambled over her stomach and nipping eachother. Caleb and Stnx got into a little fight. Frowning they stopped and Calypso barked for Caleb to stop picking on his siblings. Though she knew Styx wouldn't hear. That saddened her, but she was sure he would be able to survive, and follow life's orders and cruelties.

Caleb seemed to lke to pick on and bite his siblings. Calypso thought it was only childish antics though and shrugged it off.

Stunt watched the pups for a moment, he was a loyal wolf, and if he became Beta, he would always stay loyal to the alpha, his mate, pups, and pack. Glancing at Az just in time to see her smile he smiled back, a small smile. Watching as the alpha beckoned for him to come, he held his breath for a moment, knowing he would get his rank now hopefully. Waiting for a moment before following the male stayed a little behind. They were out of hearing of the pack shortly, and Stunt waited for the alpha to speak first.

He knew not to get his hopes up, he might not get the rank, but he hoped he had impressed the male. Watching the moon for a moment, Stunt waited...
