Have you been staff before on another site?: Yup! hetaliarp.freeforum.net is the site I'm on in which I'm an Artist for the Forum and your other site too! Why should I make you a staff for my site?: Well, I have a lot of experience with forums but sadly they didn't do so well (besides one of them) and I'm not a strict nor stern type of person. I'm a grammar nazi type of person but I'm somewhat lenient when it comes to rules so it depends on the situation. I'm also a peer mediator at my school so I have lots of experience with dealing with problems and helping people solve them. Example 1 Someone has been breaking the rule. They have been swearing a lot. What do you do? I would warn them about their swearing and if they continued would results in a ban or suspension. Edit their posts too so the swears wouldn't come up. Tell them to perhaps if they would like to swear that they do find somewhere [where] swearing is allowed. Example 2 A person put a wrong thread in a wrong board. What should you do and how do you move the thread to the right board? Just tell them about their mistake and not make it a big deal so they won't feel guilty about it. Tell them next time please pay attention since you might confuse someone else then move the thread back to the right board. Applying for here too!  |

Wylde; Simply Wylde. Long version I got by WyldeMutt, or you could just call me Mutt. Doesn't make much of a difference to me.
How much are you on the computer?:
I'm on the computer pretty much every single day just about day-in to day-out because of college work, Job hunting, and Roleplaying respectively. I am also an artist; I do take commissions, but that's out of context here. When I'm not at my computer I typically monitor sites that I'm active on from my cell phone. I can't make extensively coded posts, but I can make replies and still carry out staff duties from it.
Have you been a staff before on another site?:
I've run my own sites, played as a moderator, mini-mod, global mod, admin, co-admin, coder, skin maker; you name it I'm very versatile, so place me where you'd like if I am chosen. I'm very much a stchitler for rules, and though I'm not very picky I do prefer to be in a position to be able to enforce the rules, since I'm constantly around I like to see issues taken care of when they happen not when it's convenient for another staff member to do so as it may be too late to do anything by the time anyone comes around, and that's no good.
Will you make sure to tell them to follow the rules?:
Yes of course, as said before I'm not one to allow for someone to just break the rules, not even staff. I'm not a strict person I do give out plenty of warning, but, once enough has been enough I'm honestly not afraid to issue discipline including bans. Of course I always leave the final say to the admin, but in any absence if action is needed action will be taken and an admin will be informed of what happened in their absence. The job of staff is to make the site orderly and fun for its members, and only active friendly staff can do that.
Why should I pick you for staff?:
I have about 8-9 years of experience with proboards, Invisionfree, Forumotion, and MyBB board hosting servers, I am familiar with their coding, and layouts, how to make ascetically pleasing skins, tables, and the like. I also have around 11+ years of actual roleplay, and writing experience. I am also pretty familiar with each of their respective "typical" communities. I know of good market strategies, and nice plugins to add to make things nicer and/or more fun. I am also a constant supervisor, because I'm around so often there is little that honestly gets past me unless it's out of plain sight. I am a friendly, and rather motherly member of staff or community always looking for a way to help in anyway I can. I originally signed up on this website in 2009 as Death (however I've long forgotten that password, so hear I am again). Not sure what else I can say now; any questions, I would be happy to answer, and I hope you will consider me :3
